1. Through System Settings

Steps

  1. Go To System Settings.
  2. Go to Details.
  3. Click on install Updates.
  4. Enter Authentication Password.
  5. System will Update.
Go to Details.
Click on install Updates.
It will Check for latest Update.
Enter Authentication Password to proceed.
System will Update.

2. Through Terminal

Command 

sudo apt-get update
